- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
