  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring until thickened, then strain and cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Blend in vanilla extract then fold in whipped topping and graham cracker crumbs. Mix in half of the cooled blackberry compote.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the cheesecake mixture into balls. Insert lollipop sticks and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  4. Melt dark chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip frozen cheesecake pops into the chocolate and shake off excess. Place back on the sheet.
