Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the macaroni by boiling salted water and adding the elbow macaroni. Cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing shredded chicken, mayonnaise, diced ham, sharp cheddar, carrots, pineapple, raisins, pickle relish, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine cooled macaroni into the dressing mixture and fold gently.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Adjust seasonings if needed and serve the salad garnished with paprika or fresh herbs.
