Preparation Steps
- Cook the macaroni by boiling salted water and adding the elbow macaroni. Cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing shredded chicken, mayonnaise, diced ham, sharp cheddar, carrots, pineapple, raisins, pickle relish, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooled macaroni into the dressing mixture and fold gently.
