Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lining a large baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread your popped popcorn in an even layer across the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts according to the package instructions.
  4. Using a spoon or a pastry bag, drizzle half of the melted chocolate over the popcorn.
  5. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle half of the crushed Halloween Oreo cookies, M&Ms, and sprinkles over the popcorn.
