Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, sautéed spinach, salt, pepper, and basil.
  5. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them generously.
  7. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
