- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, sautéed spinach, salt, pepper, and basil.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them generously.
- Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
