Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk on medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Fold in a handful of Halloween sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  4. Layer half of the chopped Halloween Oreos at the bottom of the pan.
  5. Pour batter over Oreos and smooth it out with an offset spatula.
  6. Top with remaining sprinkles and Oreos, gently pressing them in.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool to room temperature before lifting out and slicing into squares.
