- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the glaze generously over them.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until flaked easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Allow the salmon to rest for a couple of minutes before garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
