Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the 12 Hawaiian rolls horizontally across the middle. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until uniform.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet, pour in the egg mixture, and gently scramble for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Layer the ham, scrambled eggs, and cheese on the bottom buns.
  6. Place the tops of the Hawaiian rolls back on the fillings, pressing them down gently.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  8. Brush the assembled sliders with the flavor mixture.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
