Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) with the oven rack in the lowest slot.
- Roll out your refrigerated pie crust and fit it snugly into a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, large eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the crust, spreading it evenly.

- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35–40 minutes.
