Once the popping has slowed down and the quinoa has expanded into crunchy little puffs, remove it from the heat and set aside to cool.
  2. Next, melt your dark chocolate to achieve that delicious, smooth texture. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each, until the chocolate is completely melted and glossy—this will take about 1-2 minutes in total.
  3. Now it’s time to combine the ingredients for your Dark Chocolate Quinoa Crisps. Take the cooled, popped quinoa and gently fold it into the melted chocolate. Add a pinch of flaky sea salt and stir until every piece of quinoa is well-coated.
