Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cans 10.5 ounces each cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans 16.3 ounces each refrigerated biscuit dough

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour the mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Gently drop the biscuit pieces on top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal!
