  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a substitute
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to personal preference
  • 1 tbsp honey agave syrup can be a substitute
  • 1 tbsp lime juice can substitute with lemon juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat salmon cubes in flour, dip in egg, then roll in panko mixture.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry salmon bites in batches for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Transfer fried salmon bites to a paper towel-lined plate, drizzle with sauce and serve immediately.
