  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
