Arrange the potatoes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
