  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Arrange the potatoes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
