Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the tortillas by laying them out and using a pumpkin cookie cutter to cut shapes from each tortilla.
  2. Carve spooky faces into half of the pumpkin-shaped tortillas.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Assemble the quesadilla by placing an uncut tortilla on the skillet, adding cheese, and covering with a carved tortilla.
  5. Cook until cheese bubbles, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the quesadilla so the pumpkin face is upwards and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
