  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread Thick-cut
  • 1 cup Dill Havarti Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles Chopped and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter For grilling

  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Flavored Potato Chips For extra crunch

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lay out two slices of sourdough bread on a clean cutting board.
  2. Sprinkle half of the grated dill Havarti cheese evenly over one slice of bread.
  3. Layer the chopped and patted dry dill pickles evenly on top of the cheese.
  4. Top the pickles with the remaining grated dill Havarti cheese and place the second slice of bread on top.
  5. Generously butter the outer sides of both bread slices with salted butter.
  6. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  7. Place the buttered sandwich in the heated skillet and let it cook for about 3–4 minutes on one side.
  8. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once cooked, you can open the sandwich and add dill pickle flavored potato chips inside.
  10. Carefully slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately while warm.
