Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika for extra depth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper or cayenne for spice
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces Whole Wheat Tortillas or regular flour/corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves or arugula/mixed greens
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing optional, or salsa verde

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken in the spice mix.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange chicken in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove cooked chicken and layer fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese on each tortilla. Top with chicken strips.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and spray the outside with olive oil. Place in air fryer seam-side down.
  6. Cook wraps in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  7. Let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve with ranch or your favorite dip.
