Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss chicken in the spice mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange chicken in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove cooked chicken and layer fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese on each tortilla. Top with chicken strips.
- Roll tortillas tightly and spray the outside with olive oil. Place in air fryer seam-side down.
- Cook wraps in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve with ranch or your favorite dip.
