Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted.
  6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
