Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Spray the interior of your slow cooker with olive oil. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  2. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, add garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth.
  3. Cover and set the slow cooker to LOW for 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours, shred the chicken with two forks and mix back into the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream, mixing gently.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Add baby spinach, stir gently, and cook for another 10 minutes until spinach wilts and everything is heated through. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
