Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips optional, for topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. If using, evenly distribute the crushed potato chips over the cheese layer for added crunch.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  6. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
