Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and apple cider, alternating between them.
  6. Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake for 40-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the glaze by simmering apple cider until reduced, then stir in salted butter.
  8. Cool the cake for 10 minutes, then invert it and brush with warm cider glaze.
  9. Serve the cake warm or at room temperature, optionally garnished with sugar.
