Step-by-Step Instructions for Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add in eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix well. Gradually incorporate flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until blended; set aside.
