  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
