Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using frozen fries, spread on a baking sheet and follow package instructions. For homemade fries, cut fresh potatoes into strips, season with salt, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. While the fries are baking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook each fillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, and sauté minced garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, whisking until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  4. Return cooked chicken fillets to the skillet and coat thoroughly with the sauce. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. To serve, plate fries alongside chicken fillets and drizzle any remaining sauce over fries. Garnish with fresh parsley.
