Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using frozen fries, spread on a baking sheet and follow package instructions. For homemade fries, cut fresh potatoes into strips, season with salt, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook each fillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed, and sauté minced garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, whisking until the cheese melts and sauce thickens.
- Return cooked chicken fillets to the skillet and coat thoroughly with the sauce. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- To serve, plate fries alongside chicken fillets and drizzle any remaining sauce over fries. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
Ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally. Sauté garlic only until fragrant to avoid bitterness. Adjust spices to taste and store any extra sauce in the fridge for up to three days.
