- In a pot, combine 1 cup of frozen cherries, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of sugar (or monk fruit). Simmer gently for about 10 minutes until syrup thickens.
- Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes halfway. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of cooled cherry syrup, allowing it to settle.
- Froth 1 cup of vanilla almond milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla almond creamer until frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly pour the frothed milk over the cherry syrup, then add 1 cup of brewed coffee. Stir gently to combine.
