  • 1 pound Ground Chicken or ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Bacon or turkey bacon
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
For the Buns
  • 4 buns Brioche Buns or whole grain/gluten-free
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing reduced-fat optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and wash the lettuce leaves.
  2. Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
Making the Patties
  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese. Mix gently and shape into patties.
  2. Set aside while preheating the grill or pan.
Cooking the Patties
  1. Heat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assembling the Burgers
  1. Place each chicken patty on a toasted bun, add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
