Preparation
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Slice the tomatoes and wash the lettuce leaves.
- Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
Making the Patties
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese. Mix gently and shape into patties.
- Set aside while preheating the grill or pan.
Cooking the Patties
- Heat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assembling the Burgers
- Place each chicken patty on a toasted bun, add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
