Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
On one half of each tortilla, layer the sliced turkey, crispy bacon, avocado slices, chopped romaine lettuce, and tomato slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
