Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently until everything is well coated.
  4. Add the chopped green onions and give it one last gentle toss.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
