- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, salt, and garlic powder, and cook until browned.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add tortellini, half of the marinara sauce, and a splash of water.
- Layer baby spinach over the tortellini mixture, followed by the ground beef.
- Spread remaining marinara sauce over the beef layer and sprinkle with Italian cheese blend.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil during the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
