Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with lime wedges on the side.
