Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then dip it into the eggs, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Adjust the sriracha to your desired spice level.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
