Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the Dijon mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
