Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the Dijon mixture generously over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
