  • 1 small apple thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy). Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bagel halves.
  4. Layer the pear and apple slices on one half, followed by the cheddar cheese.
