Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
