Ingredients
  

  • 2 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick, 8 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  4. Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
