Description
Delicious turkey sliders topped with creamy avocado and a spicy mayo sauce, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 slider buns
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the turkey mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the patties are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create the spicy mayo.
- To assemble the sliders, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Place a turkey patty on each bun, followed by a slice of avocado, a small handful of shredded lettuce, and pickles if desired.
- Top with the other half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in some chopped fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley into the turkey mixture.
- To make the sliders even more filling, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt before serving.
