- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped shrimp, green onions, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or increase the amount of hot sauce.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping. You can also use this dip as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
