- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chopped smoked salmon, dill, capers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to your preference.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with sliced green onions.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
