A festive treat perfect for celebrations, these Red, White, and Blue Mini Pizzas are topped with fresh ingredients and are sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out mini pizza rounds, about 3 inches in diameter. Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each mini pizza round lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each round, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each mini pizza.
- Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped spinach on top of the mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top each mini pizza with sliced strawberries and blueberries to create a festive red, white, and blue design.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pizza dough available at most grocery stores.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with other fruits like raspberries or add grilled chicken for extra protein.
