- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
