Instructions

- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated beef slices until they are browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For a more authentic taste, use Korean pear in the marinade.
