Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Honey Garlic Air Fryer Salmon that will delight your taste buds.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey garlic marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Once marinated, remove the salmon from the dish and place it in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha or red pepper flakes to the marinade.
  • Serve the salmon over a bed of steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
