  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour for best flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
