Grilled Chocolate Chip Cookie Bacon S’mores are a delicious twist on the classic s’mores, combining the flavors of chocolate chip cookies, crispy bacon, and gooey marshmallows.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 6 large marshmallows
- 6 graham crackers, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped bacon.
- Using a spoon, drop large spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a piece of aluminum foil, shaping them into round cookies, leaving space between each cookie.
- Fold the foil to create a sealed packet.
- Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
- While the cookies are grilling, roast the marshmallows over the grill until they are golden and gooey.
- To assemble, place a grilled cookie on a graham cracker half, top with a roasted marshmallow, and finish with another graham cracker half.
- Serve warm.

- For an extra twist, try adding chopped nuts or using different types of chocolate (like dark or white chocolate).
