Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and mix until well-coated.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
