Description
Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are a quick and delicious meal featuring tender chicken pieces sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and mix until well-coated.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in lemon juice and garlic for 30 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute the chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
- Serve over rice or with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
