Instructions

- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, even strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes before baking.
