  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
