- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the nuggets with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes before coating.
