- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well covered.
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F).
- Carefully add the chicken nuggets to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

- For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken pieces in buttermilk for 1-2 hours before breading.
