Creamy Salmon Florentine is a delicious and creamy dish featuring tender salmon fillets cooked with spinach in a rich and flavorful sauce.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens.
- Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted.
- Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
